Projects - International

Our firm was selected to provide the interior finishes for the 455-room luxury resort Hyatt Regency Hotel in Guam. The work consisted of steel stud framing, installation of insulation, acoustical ceilings, drywall, interior plaster, selected portions of the exterior plaster and a wide variety of custom colorized plasters and textures.  Over 1O0 specialists from Southern California were transported, and housed, to complete the interior of this project.  An additional 50 men from the Philippines and over 100 workers from China were also engaged in the drywall and interior plaster construction.

Location

Guam is the southernmost and largest island in the Mariana archipelago in the south-west Pacific, approximately 212 square miles in area and 30 miles long. This gateway to magnificent Micronesia is 15 hours ahead of the time zone on the US eastern seaboard.
